This gate is easily slipped in between your steam port and your steam venting. Requires no welding or screws. Excellent for use with brewing Sours,  or simply holding heat while your Kettle or Hot Liquor tank is idle.  For 3.5-5bbl, select the 6" Gate.  For & & 10bbl, select the 8" Gate. For 15 & 20bbl, select the 10" gate. These are build to order.
